Books purchased from BizFaceWorld or BizFace Forums are printed on demand and because of the production expense of print on demand manufacturing, BizFace cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products. Similarly we cannot accept returns for digital files.
We recommend that you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. Select the shipping option that best meets your needs - for digital products a download link becomes active once payment is confirmed.
Please note that BizFace accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.) of books, formatting, accuracy of claims, design or overall appearance. We provide eBooks and other digital content on an as-is basis. We do check for content to test for any forms of racial or other abuse and inappropriate and demeaning language but this is on the basis of reasonable efforts and we cannot guarantee we catch all offensive material.
If you receive a print book or electronic file that is damaged in some way (missing, torn, or a corrupted file) we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please note that download links remain active for at least seven days from purchase. Please claim this replacement through our feedback form - also use this form if you discover any article or ebook that infringes minority rights or is in any way offensive. Such material will be immediately removed from this site.
